Wir waren im Oktober 2015 das zweite Mal im Hotel Cuba, da dieses sehr gut liegt, das Service-Personal sehr freundlich war und das Hotel zudem eine wundersch?ne Dachterrasse für das Frühstück (abends Bar) hat. Für das Frühstück kann man auf der Dachterrasse nicht reservieren. Das Motto lautet "first come, first serve". Für uns ist dieses Vorgehen fair und so standen wir jeweils einfach früher auf, damit wir uns unseren Platz noch aussuchen konnten. Am Columbus Day waren frühmorgens zwar noch keine G?ste auf der Terrasse, jedoch alle Tische in sch?nen Bereich der Terrasse reserviert. Auf unsere Anfrage erkl?rte man uns, dass die Tische für externe G?ste reserviert seien. Wir fanden seltsam, dass externe G?ste offenbar Reservationen machen k?nnen, d.h. gegenüber den Hotelg?sten bevorzugt werden und taten dies auch kund. Die Service-Angestellte verwies an die Direktion. Da wir von der Direktion bis zu unserer Abreise am Folgetag niemanden mehr gesehen haben, gab ich ein Feedback per E-Mail. Am Folgetag erhielt ich eine Standard-Antwort, wonach man der Sache nachgehen werde. Seither haben wir - trotz Reminder-Mails - nichts mehr geh?rt. Dies ist jetzt über ein Jahr her und deshalb schreibe ich nun diese Rezension. Es kann in jedem Hotel vorkommen, dass nicht alles wunschgem?ss l?uft. Wenn die Direktion jedoch nicht einmal auf Kundenreaktionen eingeht, steht es schlecht um den Kundenservice eines Betriebes. Oder l?uft das Hotel allenfalls zu gut und man hat es nicht mehr n?tig? Wir wissen es nicht, besuchen dieses Hotel seither aber nicht mehr.

Always amazing, love the concept and the staff. Been coming back for 8 years and I also had the pleasure of playing professionally as a DJ in the house for a few years. Im still in love with Hostal Cuba. Miss the breakfast, the terrace view everyday when Im not there ;)

Incredible but noisy Incredible hotel when it comes to location, standard, staff and views from the roof top. BUT my husband and I couldn’t sleep at all for three nights. The noice from the club on the first floor combined with the roof top club and all the people on the streets was insane. We did not sleep at all, on our trip without kids..so that’s a little frustrating. But a beautiful hotel and amazing service, just don’t come here if you’re planning on sleeping.

Whilst the hotel and restaurant were great, the roof top bar was poorly. On our first and last trip up to the roof, we were met with a very busy overcrowded area. Plenty of bar staff to serve you, only they just told us to sit and they'd come and serve you. 40 minutes passed and not one bar staff came over to take our order. I had to litterly grab a guy and ask him if he was going to take our drinks order. another 20 minutes passed and temperatures were still above 30c in the evening. eventually our drinks arrived with no apology. then another member of their team said they's reduce the bill. he disappeared shortly after and another member of the team came over when we paid the bill. i mentioned how long we were waiting but his english wasnt good. i dont actually blame the staff as theyre just doing a job. however the management should be held responsible. plenty of people didnt bother waiting and left quite angry. i paid my bill, but will never return. BTW, we went to the Nakar roof top bar and DJ and got served in 3 minutes! Hotel Cuba - you need to up your game or else plenty more people will pass you and not come in!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great location if you wanna a young party late night crowd. Can be a bit noisy but fun for sure.

Das Hotel ist super zentral ,für uns leider zu Laut es ist für junge feierfreudige perfekt !! Die Zimmer sind sch?n gro?, das Frühstück auf der Terrasse ist sehr sch?n.

Great Location, great breakfast, comfy bed Great location. Lovely Reception Staff. Great breakfast. Yes, there is a bar on the 3rd floor, which is noisy at night, but it didn't cause us a problem.

Room was perfect size for a weekend away, very clean. Staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was very tasty and the lady working there was extremely nice. Hotel is situated in a great place, all sites of interest are a short walk with some amazing restaurants nearby. Great romantic getaway
